Permission for the processing of my personal data for the search of a job or project

I explicitly give Unique (Unique NV/SA and Unique Career NV/SA) the permission to use the personal data (such as my resume, cover letter, test results, degrees, etc.) that I provide to Unique via the website, by mail, on paper, or verbally, to assist me in my search for a job or project.

This guidance includes actions such as:

• honing my expectations,
• interviews,
• online testing,
• (online) trainings,
• forwarding job vacancies via WhatsApp, email, or SMS,
• active presentation of my profile to potential employers.

Some data (e.g., identity, education, work experience, ...) are necessary in order to be able to use the services of Unique. Additional data (e.g., references, my job wishes, cover letter, ...) are not mandatory but important to properly map out my talents, wishes, and ambitions. In this way, Unique can search for a job or project that matches this. Unique may share this information with their customers and prospects.

I am responsible myself for the correctness of this data. I also have a vested interest in reporting any change as quickly as possible to my Unique contact person. This can be done via mail or by phone.

If I apply for a position through Unique to start working as a temporary worker, I am aware that Unique will propose a contract for temporary work to me. I ensure that I electronically sign the employment contract before the start via the candidate portal. I declare to agree with a withholding of 25% for income tax. Any changes to this, I will report in writing to my office.

I can withdraw my consent at any time and request my data to be deleted. I can simply do this by sending an email to privacy@unique.be.
